How do I place a custom order?
To start the process, you can place a order at least 1 or 2 weeks in advance so we can personalize, prepare, and prefect your cake! You can place a order by calling (267-231-0001), mail sugary1324burns@gmail.com,or you reach out to our socials and we can start from there! As we finish up your one of a kind cake we could schedule a pick up time!
What kind of cakes do you offer?
Sugary Burns offers a wide variety of cakes, anything and everything you can imagine! We specialize in ice cream cakes but we also do keto cakes, regular cakes, and more in all different flavors and sizes, we offee chocolate, vanilla, and red velvet to start but with a custom order you can get whatever. We can make hard sugar "glass" (completely edible), burn cakes, gender reveal cakes, and just traditional cakes.
Do you offer delivery or pickup?
We don't offer delivery, only pickup. Another thing we also offer is a great services, prices, and quality!
What are your payment terms?
We take cash at pickup, Apple Pay, and Venmo. For information about refund, call or text (267-231-0001).
How should I store my cake?
For best results, if your are ordering a cake with ice cream, frosting/cream, or anything that's inside the cake, it's best to store in a freezer. Depending on frosting, cupcakes and traditional cakes may need to be kept refrigerated.
Can I make changes to my order?
Of course! That's what Sugary Burns is for. All cakes can be made custom by an idea you have or referenced by a photo. Changes can always be made later on it just depends what that change is. Always let us know ASAP!
